Rado factory service
Rado watches bought on or after May 1, 2023 carry a 5-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Repairs by anyone outside Rado's authorized network are excluded from that warranty. So if your watch is still covered, start with Rado's US customer service at 1-800-283-7236 (8 AM to 6 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday). Rado publishes service prices by country, and says third-party centers use them as a guide but may charge differently.
Independent Rado service
Once a Rado is out of warranty, an experienced independent is a reasonable choice for a movement service or battery. Rado is a Swatch Group brand, and since January 1, 2016 the group has supplied spare parts only to repairers it has approved for a parts account. Ask how the shop sources Rado parts, particularly case and bracelet parts.

- How do you source Rado parts, and are they genuine?
- Will you pressure-test water resistance after closing the case?
- Will I get a written estimate before work starts?
