Watch Repair Professionals is the mail-in workshop behind The Jewelry Center, a group of four jewelry stores around Milwaukee. It used to trade as RepairTJC.com, and The Jewelry Center sends its more advanced watch repairs here. The workshop says it has completed more than 300,000 jobs.

Servicing your watch here. The team handles complete movement overhauls, crystal, stem and crown replacements, band repairs, cleaning and polishing, and pressure testing for water resistance. Brands it works on include Omega, TAG Heuer, Breitling, Cartier, Longines, Oris, Rado, Raymond Weil, Hamilton, Seiko and Citizen. No watch manufacturer names it as an authorized service center, so if your watch is still under the maker's warranty, check the maker's terms before you send it.

How mail-in works. Fill in the repair form on its website and it emails you a free, printable shipping label. Watches sent on that label carry its shipping protection up to the value you choose. Photograph the watch and the packed box before you ship, because a claim needs both. Repairs carry a one-year warranty on the work.

Visiting. This is a mail-in service center at 17100 W Bluemound Rd, Suite 203, Brookfield, WI 53005, not a walk-in shop. To hand a watch over in person, use The Jewelry Center's Brookfield store in the same building (Suite 206). Phone support: (262) 788-5039, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM Central.
