Chopard factory service
Chopard says only its own service centers should service its watches. US owners can drop a watch at the Chopard boutiques in New York, Costa Mesa or Bal Harbour, or mail it with Chopard's Service Request Form. Chopard sends an estimate within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the watch, and aims to finish within 10 to 20 days of approval, except in special cases. New watches carry a 24-month warranty, extendable to 5 years, and repairs carry 12 months.
Independent Chopard service
An independent can be a sensible choice for an older quartz Chopard, or a watch well out of warranty. In Happy Sport and Happy Diamonds watches, the moving diamonds are suspended between two sapphire crystals, so ask whether the shop has opened one before.
