Bulova factory service
Bulova watches carry a three-year global warranty. To send a watch in, fill out Bulova's Service Request Form, pack the watch in a small padded box without its original box, and ship it with tracking and insurance to the service center in Houston, Texas. Bulova says it takes 2 to 4 weeks to assess a repair before the watch is serviced. It notifies the owner of any cost not covered by warranty. Bulova is not responsible for lost packages, so use an insured carrier.
Independent Bulova service
Bulova says any work that requires opening the case should be done by a properly qualified technician, preferably an authorized Bulova dealer or Bulova itself. Improper work voids the warranty. For a vintage Bulova, or an Accutron with a tuning-fork movement, look for a watchmaker who has serviced that movement before.
