"Find a watch repair shop near me" usually turns up SEO spam, shuttered storefronts, or listings nobody has verified. Watch Service Concierge exists to be the exception: every provider here clears a real review before they're listed, organized by the brands they're actually equipped to service.
Why we organize by brand, not by service type
Most high-end watch servicing isn't a walk-in transaction; in many cases you will need to mail your timepiece in for service. That means the real question isn't "what services does this shop offer," it's "does this shop know my watch." So instead of a generic list of service types, every listing here is filed under the brands it serves.
The exceptions are pressure/water-resistance testing, polishing, and authentication: services where the work itself doesn't require deep brand-specific expertise. Even there, a provider only shows up for those services under brands they're already verified on. We don't want a generalist certifying an Audemars Piguet or pressure-testing a Patek Philippe just because they can do the mechanical task in general.
How a listing earns its place
- Checked against BBB standing and complaint-pattern history
- Checked against brand-authorization records where they exist
- Confirmed active and reachable, not a dead storefront with an old listing still floating around the internet
- Re-verified on a standing cycle, not just once at the initial point of listing

If you've received an email from us, your business has already passed our review process and qualified for inclusion in the Watch Service Concierge directory. Our goal is to connect watch owners with capable, reputable service providers, so we ask you to confirm that the information we have on file is accurate and up to date.
We also encourage you to submit a photo that represents your business. A strong image helps customers recognize the people, workshop, or experience behind your listing and can make an important first impression.
There's nothing to sign and no cost for a general listing on Watch Service Concierge. Simply confirm your details, and your listing will typically go live within a few business days. Listings are activated as they are confirmed rather than according to a fixed publishing schedule.
