The terms behind this site

These terms cover anyone who uses watchserviceconcierge.com, whether you're here looking for somewhere to send a luxury timepiece, or your business is listed (or wants to be). Please read the section that applies to you.

By browsing watchserviceconcierge.com, submitting a business for listing, or confirming or correcting a listing's details, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, the thing to do is not use the site; there's no account or signature involved, so visiting and consuming content is how agreement happens here.

Watch Service Concierge is a directory, not a repair shop and not a judge of watchmaking quality. What we provide is convenience: we independently confirm that a listed provider is a real, reachable business, with a working address or shipping process, a working phone number and website, and that what it represents about itself (certifications, brand relationships, standing with the sources listed in the Verification Standard) is consistent with what those sources show, kept current on a rolling basis. That is contact-information and credential verification, not service vetting. We do not inspect a provider's workmanship, watch them perform a repair, or warrant the outcome of any service, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a listed provider. Sending your watch to a listed provider is a transaction between you and them: their estimate, their turnaround, their insurance, their workmanship.

Being listed means that, as of the date shown on the listing, we found the business to be real and reachable and its represented credentials and standing consistent with the public sources we checked, with none of the unresolved trust failures described in the Verification Standard. It is not a warranty of future performance, not an endorsement of any specific repair, and not a guarantee you'll have a good experience; it confirms who they are and how to reach them, not how well they'll do the work.

Use the site for its actual purpose: finding or being found as a legitimate watch service provider. Don't scrape or bulk-copy the directory, don't submit false information about your own or another business, don't attempt to manipulate a listing's placement or reviews, and don't use anything on this site, including provider contact details, for unrelated marketing or solicitation.

The Watch Service Concierge name, crest, the wording of our Verification Standard, and the site's own design and original commissioned artwork belong to us; don't reproduce them elsewhere without asking. Content you submit about your own business (your description, your confirmed details, your photos under the Listing Photos policy) stays yours; you're granting us a license to display it as part of your listing, not signing it over.

Our review confirms a provider's identity, contact details, and represented credentials; it does not evaluate, certify, or warrant the quality of their work. This site and its listings are provided "as is." We work to keep listings accurate and current under the Verification Standard, but we don't warrant that every detail is error-free at every moment, and we aren't liable for a provider's workmanship, a lost or damaged watch, a missed deadline, a billing dispute, or any other outcome of a transaction between you and a listed provider. To the fullest extent the law allows, Watch Service Concierge's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to direct damages, and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

We may update these terms as the site changes: the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms; if a change is significant, we'll say so on the Home page.
