Vacheron Constantin says its Master Watchmakers can service and restore any timepiece the Maison has produced since 1755, and it offers restoration and archival services alongside routine maintenance. Service can be arranged through a boutique appointment or the brand's online contact form.

New watches carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Eligible watches still inside those 2 years can take a 6-year extension, for 8 years in total. A Restoration or Complete Service carries its own 2-year warranty on the work and the parts replaced.

An experienced independent can suit an older, out-of-warranty Vacheron, particularly a vintage piece where preserving original parts matters. For complicated or historic watches, the brand's own restoration service and archives are hard to match.
