Geneva Watch Repair
Independent watch repair workshop on the 9th floor of the Shreve Building in downtown San Francisco, servicing many brands on site and accepting watches by mail.
Geneva Watch Repair is an independent watch repair workshop on the 9th floor of the Shreve Building at 210 Post Street in downtown San Francisco. The shop says it has been in business for over 35 years and that its Swiss-graduate technicians are certified and trained. The owner, Henry Lieu, told us the shop has passed Omega's co-axial certification and keeps an Omega parts account; this is the shop's own statement and we have not confirmed it with Omega.
The shop states that it is an independent company not affiliated with any trademark owners. It is not a brand-authorized service center.
Brands serviced: The shop lists about 60 brands it services, including Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Breitling, TAG Heuer, IWC and Audemars Piguet, as well as Seiko, Citizen, Bulova and Accutron. Ask the shop about your specific brand and reference.
What we do: Battery replacement, complete servicing and overhaul, rust removal and restoration, and water pressure testing. The shop told us all work is done on site, and it says some smaller jobs can be done while you wait. It offers an 18-month warranty on a complete service.
How we collect your watch: Visit the shop Monday to Saturday, 12 pm to 5 pm, or send your watch by mail. Ask the shop how to ship and insure your watch before sending it.
