Zadok Jewelers, Houston
Houston jeweler with an in-house watch service department, named by Jaeger-LeCoultre as an official repairer and by Breitling and Baume & Mercier as a service center.
Zadok Jewelers' Houston store at 1801 Post Oak Boulevard has its own watch service department. Zadok says its workshop is staffed by seven in-house watchmakers, and that some watches go to the manufacturer when its workshop judges the manufacturer should handle the service.
Confirmed by the manufacturers: Jaeger-LeCoultre lists its Houston boutique at this address as an official repairer, Breitling lists the store as a service center, and Baume & Mercier lists it as a service center. Zadok says Piaget and Vacheron Constantin watches are serviced through the manufacturer.
Also works on: Zadok says it services Cartier, Certina, Chopard, Hamilton, Hublot, IWC Schaffhausen, Longines, Montblanc, NOMOS Glashütte, Omega, Panerai, Perrelet, TAG Heuer and Tissot in house. It also restores vintage mechanical watches and services pocket watches.
How to bring your watch: Walk in to the Post Oak Boulevard store, no appointment needed, or book one. Zadok lists Houston hours of Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm. Watch department email: watchrepairs@zadok.com.
