Baltimore Watch Company (Tsao Baltimore) is an independent watch brand and service workshop in Baltimore's Hampden neighborhood. In 2025 it took over Maryland Watch Works and brought in that shop's watchmakers.

Brands serviced: Mechanical, quartz, chronograph and pocket watches across brands (the shop does not list specific brands), plus its own Tsao Baltimore watches.

What we do: Full movement service and overhaul, chronograph and pocket watch repair, battery replacement and bracelet adjustment. The shop says watches are examined and serviced by its own technicians without leaving the shop.

How we collect your watch: Walk-in or appointment at 1700 W 41st Street, Suite 445 (repair shop closed Saturdays), or mail-in after submitting the online service form. Do not ship in original manufacturer packaging. Call or email before shipping to confirm current instructions.
