RGM Watch Co. was founded in 1992 by Roland G. Murphy, who trained at Bowman Technical School and the WOSTEP program in Neuchâtel and later worked at Hamilton Watch Company. RGM also makes its own American mechanical watches.
Brands serviced: High-end, luxury and complicated timepieces, modern or antique, including pocket watches and RGM's own watches.
What we do: Complete service (disassembly, inspection, cleaning, lubrication and timing), dial refinishing, case and bracelet refinishing, and parts fabrication. RGM publishes service price ranges on its repair page. Where the work is performed has not yet been confirmed with the shop, so ask when you send your watch.
