Watches Etc. is a family owned watch store and repair facility in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Head watchmaker Leonid Pishnik is an AWCI CW21 certified watchmaker with more than 40 years of experience, and the shop says all repairs are performed on premises using genuine factory parts. Baume & Mercier lists the shop as an authorized service center.

Brands serviced: The shop lists authorization from Richemont brands (Cartier, Baume & Mercier, Montblanc) and Swatch Group brands (Omega, Longines, Rado, Hamilton, Tissot), with other brands on request.

What we do: Movement service and repair, polishing, water-resistance work and pressure testing, battery replacement. The shop states a 12 month warranty on complete movement services, and 24 months on certain high-grade watches.

How we collect your watch: Walk in during opening hours (Tuesday to Saturday), or download the repair form and ship the watch in bubble wrap and a sturdy box using an insured, trackable service.
