International Watch Works is a small mail-in workshop in Cary, North Carolina, run by owner Jack Alexyon with a local watchmaker on staff. It is well known on watch forums for vintage restoration and modification work. It is not open to the public.

Brands serviced: Vintage and high-end mechanical watches. The shop says it does not service Asian mechanical chronographs (such as Seiko, Citizen or Seagull), most quartz chronographs, replicas, or fashion watches (such as Gucci, Calvin Klein or Movado).

What we do: Movement servicing, vintage restoration, case and bracelet refinishing, relume, bead blasting, DLC/PVD coating, and modification. The shop asks customers to allow about 6 months for movement service because of its queue.

How we collect your watch: Mail-in only. Ship by FedEx, UPS or DHL to the Cary street address, or by post to the PO Box, following the shipping instructions on the shop's site. Hand delivery and pickup are not accepted.
