Betteridge is a long-established Greenwich Avenue jeweler, now part of The Watches of Switzerland Group. Rolex lists the Greenwich store as an Official Rolex Jeweler and Service Center, and the shop says its Rolex work is done by watchmakers in its own workshops who are assessed regularly by Rolex. The back-of-house repair room was fully rebuilt in 2023.
Brands serviced: Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Panerai, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, A. Lange & Söhne and Tudor, per the shop's watch repair page. Ask whether a given non-Rolex piece is serviced in the Greenwich workshop or returned to the brand.
What we do: Everything from bracelet sizing to full overhauls. The shop gives an estimate before work begins and says repair work is guaranteed for one year from the date of service (impact and moisture damage excluded).
How we collect your watch: Drop off in person at the Greenwich Avenue store. No mail-in service is offered on the website.
