Exquisite Timepieces is a watch retailer at 4380 Gulf Shore Blvd N, Suite 800 in Naples, Florida, BBB accredited since 2011 with an A+ rating. The store does not describe a watchmaker on site. Its repair page states that it covers and sends "each timepiece safely and securely packaged to only authorized service facilities" and that "once you send us your watch for service, we will ship it to one of our authorized service facilities"; the facilities are not named. Services it will arrange include full mechanical and quartz service, restoration, case and bracelet refinishing, crystal, hand, crown and strap replacement and water resistance testing, with a free estimate to approve before you send the watch. The store accepts watches by mail: double box the watch, leave out the factory box, include the store's repair form, insure the package and request a signature on delivery.

Brands: Czapek, Armin Strom, Moritz Grossmann and Tudor list Exquisite Timepieces as a retailer on their own sites; watches for those brands are taken in here and the work goes to the brand. Moritz Grossmann says only its Glashütte manufacture or the retailer where you bought the watch may service it, so if you bought your Grossmann elsewhere, ask the store first.
