The Rolex Boutique at the Somerset Collection in Troy is run by Tapper's Jewelry, separately from Tapper's multi-brand store in the same mall. It is at 2801 West Big Beaver Road.

Confirmed by the manufacturer: Rolex lists the boutique as an Official Rolex Jeweler and Service Center. Tudor watches are serviced through the Rolex network. Tapper's says its Rolex watches are serviced by its own watchmakers, and its West Bloomfield store, about 15 miles away, services on site.

How to bring your watch: In person at the boutique in the Somerset Collection. Tapper's lists hours of Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm and Sunday 12pm to 6pm. Ask at drop-off whether your watch will be serviced by Tapper's own watchmakers or sent on within Rolex's network.
