Kokomo Watch Company works from a workshop at the back of Palmer's Jewelry in downtown Kokomo, Indiana. Watchmaker Adam Parrish is listed by AWCI as a CW21 (Certified Watchmaker 21st Century), and he works alongside Jason Samm. In a 2023 local press profile, Parrish said the shop has been a Swiss Army service centre for about 25 years and takes on work that other jewellery stores won't or can't do. The company also makes its own watches.

How we collect your watch: Drop off at Palmer's Jewelry, 101 E Sycamore St (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm per the company site). The 2023 press profile says most of their business arrives by mail, but the website does not publish mail-in instructions, so call to arrange shipping.
