Wempe's New York showroom at 700 Fifth Avenue (at 55th Street) is the US flagship of the German watch and jewelry house. Wempe says its showroom watchmakers make minor changes and adjustments on site, while general overhauls and complex work go to senior watchmakers at Wempe's own workshops in Hamburg and Glashütte.

Confirmed by the manufacturers: Baume & Mercier lists Wempe New York as a service center, IWC Schaffhausen lists it for service on site, and Montblanc names it among its US authorized repair locations for watches. Jaeger-LeCoultre and Patek Philippe list it as an authorized retailer that takes their watches in for service with the manufacturer.

How to bring your watch: Walk in during opening hours; Wempe says no appointment is needed to drop off a repair. Wempe lists hours of Monday to Saturday 10:30am to 6pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm.
