Valencia Time Center, also known as VTC Watches, is a family-owned watch and jewelry store in the River Oaks Shopping Center at 24317 Magic Mountain Parkway. It says its master watchmakers fully disassemble and inspect each watch, and lists Swiss movement overhauls, laser welding and battery service; it names no watchmakers or credentials and does not say whether any work is sent out. It quotes most repairs at two to four weeks and states that it is not affiliated with Rolex. It also sells new and pre-owned watches.
