Confirmed by the manufacturers: Rolex lists the Kansas City store as a Rolex service center; Tudor watches are serviced through the Rolex network. Patek Philippe lists TIVOL as an authorized retailer, which takes Patek Philippe watches in for service with the manufacturer.
