Its owner and master technician, Laiq Farooqui, says he has more than 40 years of experience, trained with the Swatch Group and the American Watchmakers Institute, and spent 10 years servicing Accutron watches for Bulova. The shop says it is an AWCI member and is certified by the Swatch Group for the Omega Co-Axial escapement. These are its own statements and have not been confirmed with AWCI or Omega. It lists full overhauls, cleaning and oiling, balance staff work, quartz movement repair, dial refinishing, vibrograph timing, and antique and pocket watch restoration, and says all work is done on its premises. It gives a one-year warranty on major repairs and free estimates. It also repairs clocks and jewelry.

How to bring your watch: Walk in Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm or Saturday 10am to 3pm. Its website does not mention mail-in service.
