Confirmed by the manufacturer: Rolex lists the boutique as an Official Rolex Jeweler authorized to arrange servicing. The boutique's own servicing page says it is authorized to receive Rolex watches for servicing and gives access to Rolex's worldwide network of Rolex-trained watchmakers, so the work is not done in the boutique. Tudor watches are serviced through the Rolex network.
