Fink's Jewelers' Richmond store at Gayton and Broad (12130 West Broad Street) has a watchmaker on site. Fink's says it services many brands regardless of where they were bought, including antique watches, and that its other stores send repairs to a store with a watchmaker.

Confirmed by the manufacturers: Rolex lists the Richmond store as a Rolex service center; Tudor watches are serviced through the Rolex network. Breitling lists it as a drop-off point that sends Breitling watches to Breitling for service.

How to bring your watch: Walk in for an assessment or book an appointment; the watch is left for an estimate. Fink's store page lists hours of Monday to Saturday 11am to 7pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm; Rolex and Google show different hours, so call ahead.
