Eiseman Jewels is at NorthPark Center, 8687 North Central Expressway in Dallas, and says it has been an Official Rolex Jeweler since 1989. Rolex lists a separate Eiseman service center at the same center (Suite 1408). Eiseman says it services the brands it represents, including Rolex, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Tudor, Ulysse Nardin and Louis Moinet, through its on-site watchmaker, an offsite workshop or the manufacturers' service centers, with Rolex work by Rolex-trained watchmakers. Brands other than Rolex have not confirmed their service status.

How to bring your watch: By appointment, Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm; watches bought elsewhere are accepted by appointment if they have no aftermarket alterations. After a complete Rolex service, Rolex's two-year service guarantee applies.
