Bucherer's store at Whalers Village, 2435 Kaanapali Parkway, Suite H9, in Lahaina, Maui, is a multi-brand Bucherer store and formerly a Tourneau store. Bucherer says its boutiques handle smaller services such as external cleaning, battery changes and partial repairs, while overhauls are done in its large central ateliers. No source we found places a watchmaker at this store.

Confirmed by the manufacturers: Rolex lists the store as an Official Rolex Retailer authorized to arrange servicing for Rolex watches. Tudor watches are serviced through the Rolex network. Breitling lists it as a drop-off point that sends Breitling watches to Breitling for service.
