Bachendorf's says each of its stores has a full-time watchmaker and offers full services, battery replacement, water-pressure testing and diagnostics; it does not service some brands, including Patek Philippe, IWC and Vacheron Constantin, and refers them to the brands' own service centers. No watchmaker is named.
